Mary Whittle

Mary was educated at Lark Hill Convent in Preston and Lancaster University where she obtained a degree in Operational Research. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 whilst working for a large independent practice. She qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 1999.

Mary is the founding partner of Whittles. Although working in all areas of general practice, Mary specialises in servicing the needs of SME companies. Mary has a particular interest in tax planning.

Mary is married with three boys and her interests away from the office include swimming, cycling and playing taxi to her children.

Rose was educated at Nottingham Girls High School and Sheffield University where she obtained a degree in Economics. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987 whilst working for a large international practice.

After qualifying Rose worked for a number of North West based SME focussed practices. She has a particular interest in business investigations and not for profit organisations.

Rose is married with two girls and in her spare time she is governor, and Chair of the Audit Committee, at a local FE/HE college and a keen football supporter.
